Agile Development Certification – August 2019

In August 2019, while serving as Lead Engineer at KPMG International, I earned my Agile Development certification to bring more structure and clarity to the project I was leading. Balancing engineering leadership with product owner responsibilities, I leveraged Agile methodologies to improve team alignment, streamline delivery cycles, and ensure a stronger focus on stakeholder value. This certification supported my dual role and helped me formalize an iterative, results-driven approach to complex solution delivery.
