Languages
-
native
Dutch is my native language, as I was born and raised in the Netherlands.
-
fluent
I was raised by my mother, who is originally from Africa. She spoke both English and Dutch with me growing up, which helped shape my bilingual foundation.
In the Netherlands, English is taught from an early age and continues throughout education, all the way through university. This has given me a strong command of both languages in both personal and professional settings.
So I am fluent in English as well.
-
basic
German shares many similarities with Dutch, which makes it relatively easy for me to pick up. I have a basic understanding of the language and am open to improve my fluency if I get the opportunity to work in a German environment.
-
basic
As shown in my experience, I lived in Japan in 2020, where I studied Japanese and practiced the language through conversations with friends and tutors.
While I’m currently at a basic level, I continue to improve my Japanese gradually through ongoing practice.
Let’s turn experience into outcomes.
